+ Are there videos of the workouts?

Yes, form is important to me and the videos provide clear visuals of each and every exercise.

+ Are your workouts for everyone? I don't know if I'm strong enough!

Yes, my workouts progressively move you through strength, endurance and stabilization. This means you can do my program no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Each workout can be tailored to fit your current fitness level. As you train with me I will strategically continue you to challenge your endurance, your strength, and your stability.

+ What does your Daily Workout program include?

My Daily Workout program includes 10 new workouts each week: 5 home workouts and 5 gym workouts. This is to ensure that you can get your workout in anywhere and anytime you can.

Each Sunday evening at 6pm MST you will receive an email link to access your new workouts for the upcoming week, and also a link to access the previous weeks workouts. Workouts are always accessible through the website at anytime.

+ What equipment do I need for your Daily Workouts?

This will depend on if you choose to workout at the gym or at home.

For home workouts you will usually just need:

  • Dumbbells (light, medium and heavy)
  • Chair/step/bench
  • Mini band & Long Loop Resistance Bands

For gym workouts you will need access to:

  • Dumbbells (light, medium and heavy)
  • Kettlebells
  • Barbells
  • Bench/box/step
  • Cable machines
  • Medicine balls
  • Sand medballs
  • Mini band
  • Landmine

I provided substitutions or alternate exercises for each movement in case equipment is not available.

+ Is their an app for your Daily Workout program?

Yes! The ACF App is live in the App store for iphone users only. You will first need to purchase your subscription here on the website and then you will be cued how to claim your account.

+ How long do your workouts take each day?

Each workout should take you between 30-50 minutes. My goal is not to have you spend more time in the gym...but rather, for the time you spend in the gym to help support your life outside the gym.

+ I'm a Mom...will I be able to do your workouts?

YES, YES, YES MAMA! YOU CAN do my workouts!

What makes my Daily Workouts so unique is because they are SO ME! Here's what I mean...I’ve been an extreme runner, endurance cyclist, avid crossfit and power-lifter — but the GREATEST badge of all has been my journey as a Mother!

Througout my last 10 years in the fitness industry, I've been forced to evolve. The ways I used to train just isn't compatible to my new lifestyle. I needed something effective, fun and sustainable. Thanks to my Daily Workouts, I’ve never been more balanced!
