As a personal trainer, wife and mother to three beautiful girls, I’m here to tell you I believe it’s essential to carve out the time to care for yourself.

My personal fitness journey helped me to realize that my passion lies in encouraging other women to discover their own strength. I firmly believe that we are all capable of reaching our goals with the right support, consistency and dedicated approach.

My workouts are unique and designed to help you sculpt lean muscle. As a certified personal trainer I can show you how to strengthen both your body and your self-belief. My goal is to help you create a life that feels good on the inside — not just looks good on the outside.

Hey everyone! I’m Alexa, Board Certified Health and Nutrition Coach on the ACF team.

Nutrition today can be super complex and confusing. There is so much conflicting information being put out there (especially on social media). This is why it’s so important to build a foundational knowledge in nutrition as well as self awareness and an open mind to try new things. This is all part of the journey in achieving optimal levels of health.

In fact, one of the things that drove me so deep into my passion for nutrition was struggling with my own chronic digestive issues. It took many years of frustration and “trial and correct” to figure out what I needed to heal as well as how to stay in my lane and do what works best for me.

When it comes to nutrition, oftentimes the simpler things are, the better. When food is causing you stress and frustration, that can lead you into the “all or nothing” approach to nutrition, which is unsustainable and also not enjoyable. Food is meant to be nourishing and delicious! It gives us the energy and vitality we need to live a healthy abundant life.

Feeling more clarity with food and even healing your current relationship with food can be life changing.
