At ACF, we are all about sustainability.

We don’t promote extreme or quick fix diets because that only further perpetuates confusion and stress around your health and nutrition. Falling into the cycle of quick fixes MIGHT lead you to a quick result but it is one that is very short lived and ultimately leads to more frustration when the results don’t stick around.

 

We aim to help you build a better foundation and mindset around food.

We want to help you build realistic and sustainable habits that you can take with you and apply throughout your life. And what that means is that it might take a little longer to reach your desired goal… but when you get there, it’s not going to be so difficult to maintain. Because you will have put in the long term work and habits that it takes to achieve a result that sticks around. 

 

Health and nutrition truly is a lifelong ultra-marathon.

In order to achieve the results you desire, you have to adapt your identity. You have to embody the mindset and habits that it takes to become the person that has the result you want.

FAQ’s

  • Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email and invitation to sign up for the coaching platform. There you will fill out your intake paperwork and then set up your initial consultation.

  • You will be setting up your profile with our coaching platform, called Heatlhie, where you will message directly with your coach to set up your consultation and follow up sessions

  • With package 1, you have 6 weeks to use your sessions and with package 2, you have 3 months to use your sessions. The reason for this is because we want to help you stay accountable and keep you on track consistently with your program.
